Radio Broadcast
The Macedonian Call radio broadcast began airing in 1984 on Christian radio stations in Florida, Tennessee, and Kentucky. The international broadcast began in 1987 over Trans World Radio. In the beginning, programs were in English only, and covered a major part of the world. About 1990 the program was translated into Mandarin and broadcast to the entire country of China. Literally millions of people were able to hear the gospel in their heart language. Later, Russian, Burmese and Mongolian were added.Churches have been planted in India and Myanmar as a direct result of the broadcast. Perhaps others have begun spontaneously that we do not know about. But, no doubt, a very many people have heard the gospel and have received Christ as their Saviour. And large numbers continue to be discipled by listening to the broadcast weekly.
