Macedonian medical teams under the leadership of Dr. Hugo Mallozzi conduct
medical campaigns in developing countries where there is a lack of medical facilities.
These campaigns have helped open doors to new countries and to missionaries
already on the field. MacMed gives doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals
the opportunity of using their talents for the Lord on the mission field
through these short-term projects.
Dr. Hugo Mallozzi was saved in 1975 while living in his home town San Fernando, Tamaulipas, Mexico. He attended Florida Baptist School in Lakeland, Florida, from 1986 to 1989 and finished his medical career in 1992.
Dr. Mallozzi has been the medical director of MAC-MED since 1985 when they had the first medical campaign in the country of Perú, South America.
Dr. Mallozzi is open to present the work in churches interested in this ministry; his sponsoring church is Pinehill Baptist Church, from Somerset, KY, Pastor Don Branscum.
