Vehicle Donation

Thank you for donating your vehicle!

Please follow the steps as follows:

1: Choose which state you are donating your vehicle to

2: Fill out the donor and vehicle form

3: On the Texas title please fill out #20 and sign the donor part of the form

4: On the gift transfer please fill out highlighted parts
